Megan Horensky, FNP, is a Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate care to pediatric patients at Jacksonville Children’s & Multispecialty Clinic (JCMC). Originally from Pennsylvania, she completed her undergraduate education at Temple University and earned her graduate degree from the University of Alabama.
Her passion for becoming a healthcare provider grew from her love of building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. She especially enjoys working with children and believes they have a unique way of bringing out the best in those around them.
Megan is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and creating an environment where children and their families feel comfortable, heard, and supported. She understands that caring for a child also means supporting their family and wants parents to feel confident in the important role they play in their child’s health and well-being.
She is excited to join JCMC and looks forward to continuing to grow as a provider while delivering attentive, individualized care to the families she serves.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, spending time at the beach, and relaxing with a good reality TV show.
