With heartfelt gratitude, we would like to share an important update regarding our JCMC Allergy, Asthma and Sinus clinic.

We are deeply saddened to inform you that Michelle Synder, NP, will be departing from our practice.

Michelle has been a dedicated and compassionate provider, and we are grateful for the care she has provided to so many of our patients and families. Her commitment to patient care has made a meaningful impact on our clinic and community.

To ensure continuity of care, we are pleased to share that Dr. Guillot will continue providing oversight of your care, with Kim Lewis, PA, serving alongside him to support patients and help ensure there is no interruption to your healthcare needs.

Our team is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. If you need to schedule or reschedule an appointment, or have any questions regarding your care, please do not hesitate to contact our office, and our staff will be happy to assist you.
