With a decade of experience in Emergency and Trauma Medicine, she is excited to transition into family health with a special interest in women’s health. Although she spent portions of her childhood in Cleveland, Ohio, and Arizona, Emerald Isle and the Crystal Coast have always been home. Becoming a provider gave her the opportunity to return home, care for her community, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients.
She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatrical Design and later graduated summa cum laude from Roseman University of Health Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and also holds a cosmetology license.
She loves working in the Swansboro community, where she can build lasting relationships with patients and help them work toward their health goals. She encourages patients to keep open communication with their healthcare team and stay proactive with annual physicals and preventive care.
Outside of work, she is married with three childrenand enjoys spending time at the beach, coaching her son’s soccer team, participating in Girl Scouts with her daughters, scuba diving, and discovering new vegetarian meals. She loves country music, coffee, and is admittedly obsessed with mermaids!
Most of all, she wants her patients to know that she is happy to be home and grateful to be part of the community she serves.
