For after-hours health concerns, patients/parents should call the main office at (910) 219-8326, and you will automatically be directed to the provider on call.
If you feel that the situation is emergent, please call 911 immediately or get to the Emergency Department as quickly as possible.
If feasible and warranted, the provider may attempt to do a JCMC RemoteCare visit as part of the after-hours’ care.
Providers will document all after-hours care in the patient’s electronic health record, and we will call to schedule any necessary follow-up appointments.
