Starting at Penn State University, Bonnie laid the foundation for her healthcare future, continuing with a graduate degree from Chamberlain University. Her pursuit of excellence was underscored by her membership in Sigma Theta Tau, a prestigious honor society recognizing academic and professional achievements in nursing.

Beyond her academics, Bonnie’s life is rich with captivating details that shape her compassionate approach. Raised on a small family farm in central Pennsylvania, she gained an appreciation for hard work and community. As a military wife, she supported her husband through his service and anticipates a new chapter as he retires in September.

Family plays a central role in Bonnie’s life, with her cherished roles as a mother and caretaker to two German Shepherds and two cats. Her global experiences include volunteering for La Leche League International in four states and Sweden, and residing in Stockholm and Banjul, The Gambia, adding unique perspectives to her worldview.

Currently, Bonnie attends to patients at the JCMC Family Care Clinic and JCMC ECMA on Wednesdays and Friday mornings in Jacksonville, NC. Her practice reflects her dedication to providing medical expertise with a compassionate touch, considering the whole person’s well-being.
