📣 Statement Regarding JCMC Neurology Recent News Coverage 📣

At JCMC, our priority has always been—and continues to be—the health, safety, and continuity of care for our patients. We understand the concerns raised in the recent news story and acknowledge that situations like these can be upsetting and disruptive. For that, we are truly sorry.

We would like to clarify that JCMC made multiple efforts to notify affected patients in advance and provided guidance to help support continuity of care.

We suggest the following steps to assist patients during this transition:

• For prescription refills, patients are encouraged to contact their primary care provider.
• Insurance carriers can assist patients in identifying alternative in-network providers when needed.
• For medical records requests, patients may contact MediCopy at request@medicopy.net or call 866-587-6274 for assistance.

We recognize that transitions in healthcare can be challenging. JCMC is supported by a network of providers and dedicated staff who are committed to assisting patients whenever possible, based on individual needs and circumstances. Our teams remain focused on offering guidance, answering questions, and supporting patients through these changes.

📣  Clinic Closure Announcement 📣 

Dear JCMC Neurology Patient,

Our JCMC Neurology clinic will permanently close on Friday, November 28, 2025. On behalf of Dr. Sasidharan Taravath, Sheila Blanks, FNP and the staff at JCMC, we want to thank you for allowing us to be your care providers.

If you have questions regarding prescription refills, please reach out to your primary care provider. Your insurance carrier can also assist you in finding an alternative provider if needed.
