Dear JCMC Patient,

With heartfelt gratitude, we would like to share an important update regarding our JCMC Morehead City Clinic.

Jessica Roberts, FNP will be departing from the JCMC Morehead City clinic as she prepares to relocate out of state. She extends her sincere appreciation to all the families who entrusted her with their healthcare. Jessica’s last day in the clinic will be Friday, February 20, 2026.

Additionally, we would like to inform you, in a transparent manner, that the JCMC Morehead City clinic will unfortunately be closing effective Friday, February 20, 2026. This decision was not made lightly, and we are deeply grateful for the trust and support you have shown our clinic over the years.

To support continuity of care, we encourage you to contact your health insurance carrier for assistance in identifying alternative in-network healthcare providers that best meet your needs. In addition, the following local primary care practices have indicated they are currently accepting new patients:

With heartfelt gratitude, we share that Stephanie Canipe, NP will be departing from our JCMC Morehead City Clinic as she pursues new opportunities ahead. She extends her heartfelt gratitude to all the families for entrusting her with their healthcare. Stephanie’s last day in the clinic will be Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

We have multiple healthcare providers throughout JCMC and our community that can continue to provide exceptional care to you and your family. Please visit our website for a full listing of Board -Certified Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.

Please be aware, if you are currently being prescribed a controlled medication by Stephanie Canipe NP, we will not be able to provide refills after December 23, 2025. Please contact our office for further guidance at 252-727-4933 (option 1).
