As a result, the JCMC Well Child Clinic will remain in its dedicated building—free from those patients who unfortunately are exhibiting signs of illness.
Further, we have changed our process for checking in and registering the little ones:
• Complete the necessary registration forms for your child through our Yosi link, sent via email and text.
• When you arrive, we will greet you wearing personal protective gear.
• We will provide you a phone number to check-in for your appointment.
• Once your forms are completed and exam room is ready, we will escort you and your child directly from your vehicle to the room.
As part of our enhanced quality and infection control standards, the JCMC staff is providing extra sanitizing of all areas of the clinic. Further, we are screening all parents and other visitors to ensure that they are not infectious. We ask that you help us by limiting the number of visitors coming with the patient to his/her visit.
We recognize that the Coronavirus is causing anxiety and worry—especially for new parents, but the JCMC Team/Family is here to care for your child and answer your questions as well as provide a safe, normal and stress-free office visit for you.
